Black Cat Habitat: Black Cat Habitat is a soulful and shamelessly melodic original indie-rock band led by singer-songwriter Rachel McCullough and backed by Neal Blumberg on guitar, Tony Simpson on bass, and Ron Kirkland on drums. Rachel's bittersweet songs about love, longing and finding your own habitat are dressed up in upbeat tunes with a swipe of black eyeliner. With plenty of soaring choruses, jangly guitar, and a backbeat-on-lock, this band was born out of a need to give voice to the voiceless and raised to rock! (can we say rock your socks off?)
